Refund & Corrections Policy

1) No refunds for personalised services

All Services offered on astroenter.com (astrological charts, readings, numerology reports, and other personalised digital content) are custom-made according to the personal data you provide (date, time, and place of birth, etc.).

Because each report is individually prepared for you, we do not offer refunds once work has started on your order. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2) Corrections in case of errors

If the delivered report contains a material error caused by us (for example, a miscalculation, incorrect chart, or data misapplied despite you providing accurate information), we will correct the error and deliver a revised version at no additional cost.

Corrections can be requested by email within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and a description of the issue.

3) Incorrect or incomplete data from the client

If the report contains errors because the data you provided (such as birth date, time, or location) was incorrect or incomplete, this is not considered our fault and is not eligible for correction or refund. Please check all data carefully before submitting your order.

4) Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before we start working on it. If you contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we have not yet begun the preparation, we will issue a full refund. Once work has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

5) Legal rights

This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
